- You have the right to submit the information and any materials (including photographs) provided
- You grant 100 Inspiring Leaders a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, and distribute submitted content across our digital and print publications
- Submission does not guarantee inclusion in any edition of the 100 Inspiring Leaders directory
We reserve the right to reject, remove, or edit any submission at our sole discretion without providing a reason.
4. Editorial Discretion
100 Inspiring Leaders maintains complete editorial independence. All selection decisions are made solely by our editorial board based on the criteria outlined in our published selection standards. No payment, sponsorship, or external influence guarantees inclusion in any edition of the publication.
Featured profiles may be edited for length, clarity, and style. Final editorial approval rests with the 100 Inspiring Leaders team.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to articles, leader profiles, photographs, graphics, logos, and editorial copy — is the property of 100 Inspiring Leaders or its content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from 100 Inspiring Leaders.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers

Leader profiles and editorial content represent the views and achievements of the featured individuals at the time of publication. 100 Inspiring Leaders does not independently verify all claims made by nominees.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 100 Inspiring Leaders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its content.
